  22. I have the same situation.  It does look a little strange to see a mouse
  23. on com1 and irq4 and my modem on com3 and irq3.  So...if it aint broke,
  24. don't fix it.

  26. As for your serial ports, I have a Tyan Titan3 motherboard with onboard
  27. serial ports.  I was able to disable the com2 serial port through the
  28. Award bios setup.
