- I have the same situation. It does look a little strange to see a mouse
- on com1 and irq4 and my modem on com3 and irq3. So...if it aint broke,
- don't fix it.

- As for your serial ports, I have a Tyan Titan3 motherboard with onboard
- serial ports. I was able to disable the com2 serial port through the
- Award bios setup.
